Our unit is in Mackenzie Plaza. When heading East on Nichol Road (towards Revelstoke Mountain Resort ski hill), turn left on Nels Nelson Crescent, then take your first right on Coursier Ave. Turn into the main parking lot on your right. Our unit is in the eastern-most building, #1000. Here is a map.

When you first arrive, enter 14 on the keypad at the front door. We will buzz you in. You have 2 minutes to use the elevator from the front door. Take it up to the 3rd floor, and our unit is #1301 on the left. Use code: 6464 on the keypad to let yourselves in!

Upon initial arrival, keys will be on the kitchen counter. Use the key fob to gain access to the building and to the parking garage.

Underground parking is between our building (#1000) and the outdoor parking lot. Use the fob that is on the key chain to enter the garage. The fob system will beep and blink red which means that the garage is opening. Your parking stall is #64, which is directly to the right once you enter the garage. We find it best to back in if you have a larger vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of free street parking available around the Mackenzie Plaza building.

Ski + Gear storage is the big box above the underground parking stall (#64). The black plastic key on the keychain will unlock the storage box. There are several secure bike storage lockers in the parkade as well. We have a boot/glove drying area in the closet of the bunkbed room to keep your ski gear dry :)

The garbage and recycling are located outside the building. When you exit from the main entrance, just past the underground parking entrance, you will see a large black metal building and that is where any garbage and recycling can be taken.

To turn on the washer and dryer just hold down the power button for a few seconds! The laundry pods are located in the bottom drawer below the sink - please just use one pod per load.

The remote for our smart TV is on the coffee table. Use the top left power button to turn on the TV. Then use the Netflix or Amazon Prime buttons to access your favourite streaming services. There is a Bose soundbar you can use to play music— just hold down the Bluetooth button until it starts blinking and then you can pair your music device.

There is a bus stop on Coursier Avenue that can take you downtown or to the ski hill.
